Clinic Policies: Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Fountain Wellness and Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies:

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a no-show and may affect future booking privileges.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may be required to reschedule and will be considered a no-show. Accommodations may be made at the provider’s discretion based on schedule availability.

No-Show & Deposit Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment, future bookings will require a deposit to secure your appointment:

  • First No-Show: A $50 deposit will be required for all future bookings. Online bookings made without a deposit will be canceled, and you must contact the office directly to request approval.
  • Second No-Show: The previous $50 deposit will be forfeited, and a $100 deposit will be required for all future bookings. Online bookings without a deposit will be canceled.
  • Third No-Show: The previous $100 deposit will be forfeited. Future booking privileges may be revoked at the provider’s discretion. If permitted, a $200 deposit will be required.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely, high-quality care to all of our clients.

Refund Policy

At Fountain Wellness and Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality care and services. Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic treatments, we maintain the following refund policy:

General Policy

All refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the owner/clinician. We reserve the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.

Services Rendered

No refunds will be issued for services that have already been performed. This includes, but is not limited to, aesthetic treatments, injectables, IV therapy, weight loss services, peptide therapy, and hormone replacement therapy.

Packages & Prepaid Services

Refunds may be considered for unused portions of prepaid packages. However, any discounts received at the time of purchase will be reversed. Services already rendered will be repriced at their full, non-discounted rate.

Results & Satisfaction

Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. No refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with cosmetic results or perceived lack of results.

Medical & Wellness Programs

  • Fees associated with consultations, lab work, medical evaluations, and medications are non-refundable once ordered or performed.
  • Medications, supplements, and prescription products cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, in accordance with medical safety regulations.

Missed Appointments & Fees

Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or no-show fees. Please refer to our Appointment & Cancellation Policy for additional details.

Gift Cards & Promotions

All gift cards and promotional purchases are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

We encourage all clients to ask questions and fully understand their treatment plans prior to purchasing services. Our team is always happy to provide guidance to help you make informed decisions.
